Make something Minecraft, Win a Thermaltake Case!
Christmas is coming, a time for sharing. So lets have some fun!
We’ve now got an AU Minecraft server but before we let you mine your way to the end, lets build the world up first.
For 7 Days we’ll set our Minecraft server up in Creative mode. Build what you want! Make is magnificent, on your own, or with friends! There are some rules though…
- You must sign your creation.
- No Grieving! This will get you banned.
- No Mining. If you find a mineshaft, hole in the ground, or dungeon, feel free to sign it, but dont venture into it. Includes not visiting “The End”
- Building in “The Nether” is allowed, but no hunting or an easy wat to a Nether Fortress.
- No Hoarding. Dont go hunting down animals and sticking them in a pen you’ve made and dont build a chest and horde pre-made armour and weapons.
- Build close to the spawn. Dont go millions of blocks away.
- Mobs are passive in creative mode. They will only attack if provoked, so if you disturb a creeper and he blows up, you fill in the hole and repair the damages where he exploded, especially if it wasn’t your structure!
Aside from that, build with everything at your disposal.
To be eligable for a prize, your build must meet the following…
- You can build as many things as you want, but we’ll judge each building on it’s own, not on how many you build.
- Builds will be judged on variety of blocks, use of technologies (Such as postions), landscaping, complexity and originality.
- Your build must be signed with your Minecraft name and the name of the build.
Fox and Some_Bored_Dude will judge the builds. First place will be rewarded a Thermaltake Armor A90 Gaming Case (http://thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1325&ID=1957, Sorry, no PSU). Runner up’s have a choice of a Steel Series WoW – Deathwing Gaming Mousepad, Microsoft Sidewinder X3 Gaming Mouse, and a Microsoft VX-800 LifeCam.
